About Us

Seasonair, Inc., was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1966 and has become one of the largest commercial air conditioning and heating contractors in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC area, serving over 3,000 locations. 

In June of 1997, Seasonair, Inc., joined Comfort Systems USA, Inc., as a founding member of what is now a billion dollar HVAC corporation, serving customers in more than 130 cities across the United States.  Comfort Systems offered its shares in an Initial Public Offering on June 27, 1997 and became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.  Our call symbol is “FIX”.

Seasonair specializes in HVAC design/build, preventative maintenance, service repairs and replacement of all types of HVAC equipment.  Our field technicians receive continual training on the latest advancements in the field of HVAC and environmentally conscious practices and certifications. 

We have an in-house design/build team with a Professional Engineer registered in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. 

Our on-site sheet metal shop allows for immediate design and fabrication of custom ductwork.
